The texture is nice. I don't mind the shimmer. Doesn't result in the 'fake tan' smell that happens with many products. Just not effective to achieve any sort of sun-kissed look though. I've used it daily for nearly 2 weeks and see little difference. There are other options out there that give you much better results. I'd say that my complexion is medium; maybe this would work better and be more noticeable on someone with a much fairer complexion.
